CANCELLATION POLICY

-DEPOSIT & BOOKING- - $25 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING - Deposit is non refundable & non transferable -ARRIVING LATE- - You are given a 10 minute grace period, if the 10 minutes pass you will need to reschedule. Please communicate with me. -DAY OF RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION- - Same day rescheduling/cancellations will require a new deposit to reschedule & 50% service(s) fee charged to card on file. - If you do a no call/no show your card will be charged the full amount (100%) for the service(s) booked. -FRIENDLY REMINDERS- - Please cancel/reschedule within 24HRS of you booked appointment time to avoid cancellation fee. - Remaining balance can be paid with Zelle OR Cash (Please have exact cash). - NO guests. - Arrive ON time & let me know when you arrive. - Card on file is ONLY charged when a client NO CALL/NO SHOWS. - When appointments are CONFIRMED you are AGREEING to ALL my policies listed above.
